O誰eill family show pride in memory of Trevor thumbnailJoan and Albert O誰eill present the Trevor O誰eill Memorial Cup to Mull Rovers team captain Micky Smith following the teams 1 - 0 win over Aghanloo on Friday night.

THE organiser of the annual Trevor O'Neill charity competition has congratulated winners Mull Rovers while describing this year's competition as "the best ever." As Mull Rovers became the 2017 winners, beating Aghanloo United, team captain Michael Smith received the prestigious cup from Trevor's mother Joan.
This year seen the largest crowd ever to watch a final of the annual competition which organisers were delighted to see.
Presentation of trophies took place in the club house by guest of honour Matthew McNougher, after the ladies had provided an amazing buffet.
The two beaten semi finalists Seven Towers and Newbuildings both received a cash prize of 」50.00 each. Runners up Aghanloo United received a cash prize of 」450.00.
Mull Rovers players all received a trophy and the team received a superb cash prize of 」1100.00.
Trevor's brother Ryan O'Neill told the Northern Constitution: "The competition committee and O'Neill family would like to thank Limavady United Football Club for the use of all the facilities and the pitch.
