Disappointment for Limavady thumbnailLimavady’s Stuart Houston in action against Coleraine on Saturday.

Limavady 1st XV.............10 Coleraine............31

COLERAINE took a massive step towards the League title with a bonus point victory at The John Hunter Memorial Grounds against Limavady. The second meeting in three weeks turned out to be a better affair than the previous encounter with both sides preferring the drier conditions.
Limavady were forced to make two changes from that first encounter with Clive Scott coming in at loose head for the injured Rory Squires and Jamie Mo Millar returning for the unavailable Matthew Haslett at fly half.
Both sides started brightly and showed no hangovers from last week's Towns Cup defeats to Armagh and Ballynahinch 2nds respectively. With Limavady trying to run the ball at every opportunity, Coleraine were happy to play the territory and kick into the Limavady half when they got their hands on the ball.
