Antrim win All Ireland Under 16  camogie title thumbnailJennifer Cultra presents the cup to Antrim captain Beth McAuley following the Saffrons' victory over Derry in the All-Ireland Under 16B Camogie Championship Final at Ballycran.

ANTRIM'S Under 16 camogs bridged a 14 year gap when they saw off old rivals Derry to win the All Ireland Under 16 B title.
It was sweet revenge for the young Saffrons who suffered defeat to their Oak Leaf opponents in the semi-finals of the Ulster Championship.
Antrim dominated for large parts of this game and were deserving winners by the end.
Their success owed much to the performance of 'player of the match' Eimhear McMullan who gave a commanding display in the heart of the winners' defence.
Bronagh and Katie Laverty ruled the roost in the midfield while the Antrim attack proved a handful throughout the game.
