A celebration of school success thumbnailLimavady High School Head Boy Andrew Campbell and Head Girl Amy Archibald pictured with Mr Darren Mornin, acting principal and Ms Claire Sugden MLA, chief guest, at the 2017 prize day.

THE acting principal of Limavady High School said he was "honoured and privileged" to represent the school at prize day and present the report on behalf of a school that continues to go "from strength to strength."
Mr D. Mornin addressed the packed hall by saying: "Chair of Governors Mrs Rathfield, Miss Sugden, honoured guests, ladies and gentlemen and young people, welcome to you all as we gather together to celebrate the achievements of the last school year, and we have real reason to celebrate as these past twelve months have been memorable.
“Can I say how honoured and privileged I am to be able to present the report on behalf of a school that I am extremely proud of and one that continues to go from strength to strength.
“I am really looking forward to continuing the innovative and trailblazing work that has been taking place in the Roe Valley, ensuring that all the pupils in the local community have a wide range of pathways opened to them.
“I would also like to welcome back Mr and Mrs David Dunlop and thank David on behalf of the school for all his years' of work and commitment to this school.
“Mr and Mrs Glenn Reilly would very much like to have been here today but they are currently relaxing in foreign lands enjoying retirement.
